Dr. Linda Withrow
Raised in a traditional church in Charleston, WV, Dr. Linda gave her heart to Jesus at the early age of nine. At fifteen, she realized there was more to church than just attendance so she recommitted her life to the Lord and began teaching His Word in her local church.
In 1986, a ministry, “My Father’s Business, Inc.,” was organized and Dr. Linda and a team of singers and workers took to the roads proclaiming the message of God’s love and power. They not only ministered to adults but also held revivals for children.
Over the years, Dr. Linda has ministered in many churches as an Evangelist, held Bible Study seminars, and taught Bible College. One of her favorite Bible verses, which describes the calling God has placed on her life, is Jeremiah 1:9-10 Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.
Dr. Linda received a Bachelor Degree in Ministry from Christian Leadership University in Elma, NY, Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Shining Light Bible College in Charleston, WV, where she was the Vice President, Dean of Education and Professor for three years, and she also obtained a Graduate of Biblical Studies from the Institute of Biblical Studies under Dr. Jerry Falwell. Desiring to become a more effective speaker, on October 3, 2009, she became a Certified Confidence Coach with Confidence Coaching Association in Spring Hill, FL and worked as an administrator for the President, Dr. Keith Johnson.
In April of 2010, Dr. Linda became a ”published author” when her first book, Prayers of Authority, was released. You can read more about this book on our Publication tab.
On August of 2011, Dr. Linda accepted a position as Instructor at Maranatha Bible Institute in Saint Albans, WV. To date, she has taught “The Book of Acts” and recently completed the “Book Of Romans”.
Her most recent invitation, April of 2012, came when Dr. James Wright asked her to joint a team of women with Wright Way Ministries. (Take a moment and visit this website for more information).
